A |     Former Chinese premier Zhu Rongji died of illness at the age of 98 in Beijing at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday.    Zhu had served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 14th and 15th Central Committees of the Communist Party of China (CPC).    An obituary, jointly issued by the CPC Central Committee, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the State Council and the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, extolled Zhu as an excellent Party member, a time-tested and loyal communist fighter, and an outstanding proletarian revolutionist, statesman and leader of the Party and the state.                     。

B |     为进一步规范药品网络销售秩序，严厉打击药品网络销售违法违规行为，净化网络市场环境、促进药品网络销售健康发展，日前，区市场监督管理局持续开展药品网络销售环节集中治理专项工作。         　　此次专项工作以线上线下一体监管为原则，线上巡查重点检查开展药品网络销售企业资质是否合法齐全并按规定公示、开展网络销售是否按规定备案、处方药销售展示是否合规、有无利用网络销售假劣药或未经注册批准的药品等；线下重点检查药品渠道是否合法、是否按规定凭处方销售处方药、“线上线下”经营数据是否一致、药品配送是否符合相关法律规定等。同时做好法律法规的宣传工作，增强检查的针对性和有效性。截至目前，共检查药品网络销售企业105家，发现违法违规问题7个，采取责令改正、约谈告诫等措施依法处理，进一步压实企业主体责任，完善长效机制，防范化解风险。         　　区市场监督管理局将继续对药品网络销售企业开展监督检查，达到监管全覆盖，切实维护药品网络销售秩序，确保人民群众网上购药安全。
